The rooms at the Coach House were bright and welcoming, giving us a cozy feel during our stay. We especially enjoyed the relaxing lounge area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Having a garage space for our car was a great convenience. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to all the attractions Plymouth has to offer. We highly recommend The Everest Spice restaurant across the road for delicious food and friendly service. The cleanliness of the property was exceptional, with top-notch bedding and towels. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Plus, the use of the garage for parking added an extra layer of convenience.
The floorboards were a bit creaky, making it interesting to tiptoe around at night. Additionally, it would have been nice to have some essentials like milk provided upon arrival, especially for those first few moments when settling in.

We recently went on a romantic escape and had the best time! the location was fantastic, just a short walk from the main attractions and the sea. the free secured parking was a bonus and made it convenient to explore the area without worrying about our car. the house was well-equipped with everything we needed, especially the kitchen which had all the amenities for us to cook romantic meals. We also loved the cozy seating area in the garden where we could relax and enjoy the sunny weather. It was the perfect setting for our romantic getaway.
The floorboards in the house were a bit squeaky, which caused some noise when walking around. the garage was a bit tight for our large car, but it was a small inconvenience considering it was provided for free.

The location was exceptional, within easy walking distance to everything in the center, and the host was very welcoming and helpful.
Food for breakfast could have been better with more variety and options.

Our recent stay at the Coach House in Plymouth was fantastic. The location was perfect, with easy access to the seafront, town, and shops. The integrated garage provided convenient parking for our car. The kitchen and dining room were great for preparing meals, and the comfortable sitting room upstairs was perfect for relaxing. The powerful shower in the bathroom was a nice touch, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The outdoor space was lovely, with beautiful flowers and seating. Despite being centrally located, the road was surprisingly quiet at night. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying at the Coach House.

The best aspects of my stay were the convenient location and the secure parking. It was so handy to have the key attractions and amenities within walking distance. Plus, knowing that my vehicle was safe in the garage gave me peace of mind. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the comfortable beds and fluffy towels. It made for a cozy and relaxing stay.
The worst aspect of my stay was the creaky floorboards. It was quite annoying, especially at night when trying to go to sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at the Coach House in Plymouth. The self catering apartment was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The check-in process was hassle-free and having access to the garage was a great bonus. Dorothea, our landlady for the weekend, was outstanding. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.
There was one small inconvenience during our stay - there wasn't a teapot in the apartment. However, this is just a personal preference and we managed without it.

The property had everything we needed for a comfortable Christmas getaway. The kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped, and the communal space and bedrooms were spacious and cozy. The location was perfect, with easy parking and convenient access to the town. The host was responsive and accommodating, even providing spare keys for our group. it was a stress-free and enjoyable experience.
The kitchen eating area was a bit compact, but it was still sufficient for our group of three. Additionally, it would have been nice to have some shade in the outdoor space for lunchtime dining.

The Coach House was worth every penny, with a cozy room and all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the city center and the waterfront. The staff treated us like family, giving us great recommendations and making us feel right at home.
Menu for breakfast could have included some basic essentials like milk for that first cup of tea.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Coach House. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the patio with plants was a lovely bonus, providing a sunny and relaxing space. The location couldn't be more perfect, with easy walking access to the Hoe and all of Plymouth. The host was extremely welcoming and helpful, making our trip even more enjoyable. The garage parking for two cars was a great convenience. Having washhand basins and mirrors in the bedrooms was a useful feature, especially since there was only one combined bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.
One minor drawback was the kitchen eating area, which was quite compact. However, it was still absolutely fine for the three of us.
